These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rempit33 ("we," "us," "the Platform") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the rempit33 online gaming platform available at rempit33.co and any associated mobile applications. By creating an account or using any part of the rempit33 service, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Platform" means the rempit33 website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which gaming services are delivered.
- "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration with rempit33.
- "Balance" means the aggregate of all funds held in a User's rempit33 Account, inclusive of deposited funds, accrued winnings, and any applicable bonus balances.
- "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to an Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User or withdrawn winnings that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements and are eligible for withdrawal.
- "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a gaming event, casino game, or sportsbook market offered on the Platform.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by rempit33 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By accessing the rempit33 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the rempit33 Privacy Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms published on the Platform at the time of offer.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting rempit33 customer support.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rempit33 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement. The rempit33 Platform is exclusively available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is strictly enforced through identity verification procedures. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and all gameplay-derived balances will be voided. Deposited funds may be refunded subject to rempit33's review of the account's transaction history.
3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing Bets on rempit33. rempit33 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of rempit33 or its affiliate companies; (b) immediate family members of the above; (c) individuals subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform; and (d) individuals whose Account has been previously closed by rempit33 for prohibited conduct.
3.4 Single Account. Each eligible individual may hold only one active rempit33 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Account Registration
4.1 To use the rempit33 Platform, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and residential address.
4.2 You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including falsifying your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.
4.3 rempit33 reserves the right to require documentary evidence verifying any information provided during or after registration at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in temporary Account suspension or permanent closure.
4.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, rempit33 requires completion of KYC verification. You must provide a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC, passport, or equivalent) and may be required to provide proof of address or source of funds documentation. rempit33 targets completion of KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.
5. Account Security
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your rempit33 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. rempit33 staff will never request your password through any channel.
5.3 You must notify rempit33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. rempit33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
5.4 rempit33 reserves the right to require a password reset or impose temporary Account restrictions if anomalous login activity is detected on your Account.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits. rempit33 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Platform and subject to change. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or verified as belonging to the Account holder. rempit33 targets processing standard withdrawal requests within 30 minutes. Processing times may vary subject to payment provider availability and KYC status.
6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. You may not withdraw funds that are subject to active wagering requirements. Real Money Balances that have satisfied all applicable wagering conditions are withdrawable without restriction, subject to completion of KYC verification.
6.4 Currency. All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.
6.5 rempit33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud, AML, or KYC investigations. Users will be notified of any such hold and the estimated review timeline.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 rempit33 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All such bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of offer, which form part of these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the bonus terms for each promotion.
7.3 rempit33 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, exploitation of promotional loopholes, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.
7.4 rempit33 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. In the event a promotion is discontinued, any active bonus wagering in progress will remain subject to its original terms.
8. Betting Rules
8.1 All Bets placed on rempit33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. Game rules are accessible within each game's information section on the Platform.
8.2 A Bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and assigned a unique transaction reference number. In the event of technical failure during Bet placement, rempit33 will investigate using transaction logs to determine the correct resolution.
8.3 rempit33 reserves the right to void any Bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system error. Where a Bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
8.4 Sportsbook. In-play and pre-match betting markets are governed by rempit33's Sportsbook Rules, available on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these Terms, the Sportsbook Rules prevail in relation to betting markets.
8.5 Maximum Winnings. rempit33 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Where applicable, these limits are published in the relevant game or market rules.
9. Prohibited Conduct
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rempit33 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage;
- Collusion, chip-dumping, or coordination with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Exploitation of software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical vulnerabilities;
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
- Money laundering or using the Platform for any financial crime;
- Systematic arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profits at the expense of the Platform;
- Any conduct that disrupts the fair operation of the Platform or negatively impacts other Users.
9.2 Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, rempit33 reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the Account, void all affected Bets, withhold outstanding withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
10. Responsible Gaming

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from rempit33.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 The rempit33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rempit33 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12.3 rempit33's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single event shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's Account at the time the liability arises.
13. Privacy
13.1 rempit33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the rempit33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at rempit33.co/privacy-policy.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to rempit33 processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including KYC verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of gaming services.
14. Amendments
14.1 rempit33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of change, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
15. Governing Law
